Lisa Uschold has been a full time Real Estate Agent since 2010 and an Associate Broker since 2012. She resides in the Town of Concord, Springville, NY (Southern Tier of Erie County) with her husband Ray and 3 children. Lisa  has been in Sales since 1984. She is former part owner of a Commercial Construction  Materials Testing Laboratory, CME Associates, Inc., and opened and managed new offices in Syracuse, Watertown and Buffalo. Because of her great people skills and success in managing she was awarded the WNY - YWCA Leadership Award in the  Executive Category in 2006. After selling out of the Construction Testing Business in 2007, she became a Sales Consultant at Morton Buildings for several years, earned the Rookie Sales Award for the Eastern Division in 2008 and won the trip to Puerto Rico.

Originally from Central New York, Lisa has lived in Sauquoit, Utica, Cortland, Constantia, Carthage, Theresa, Tonawanda & Springville buying, selling and building her homes along the way. Lisa won the Achievement Award in 2011, her first full year in the Real Estate profession. For 2013, Lisa was the Top Agent in Orchard Park for Sales and Property Listings.
