• "I just want to express my (belated) appreciation for the excellent service I received from Warren Seeley who listed and did finally succeed in selling my house at 160 Palm St., last February. Despite having to show my house dozens of times, he never made me feel pressured to accept a deal and I felt that whenever an offer was presented, he was truly representing me, the seller. Given that I had moved out of town, Niagara Falls, ON, it was not convenient for me to always be there for an inspection or a repairman. On more than one occasion, Warren met people at the house on my behalf. Once he stopped by the house as I was doing some required repairs. He helped me with a repair I know I couldn't have done by myself, which took a huge load off my mind and saved me a lot of time. Although he did know that I was to be in town that day for this purpose, he did this absolutely spontaneously. I was so surprised and yet so happy to see him. Finally, again to my surprise, after the property closed, I received a thank you note from him as well as a generous gift certificate to a local restaurant. • "I wanted to thank you so much for rescuing me from a bad situation. As you know I purchased an investment property in Rochester, NY, with the hopes of positive cash flow. So there I was, working two jobs and taking care of my daughter as a single parent and trying to pay a mortgage that I could not pay, because of bad tenants and a crooked property manager. I had my home listed with a realtor for over a year, the house never sold, or did he make any effort to even show it.
